 Becky Rogers has over 25 years of experience in HR leadership roles within Human Resource Management. She retired from Coca-Cola Bottling Company United after successfully leading the Learning & Organizational Development Department. Rogers played a key role as the transition lead for Communication, Change, and Training during The Coca-Cola System’s transformational change initiative focused on bottler realignment. Prior to her position in Learning and Development, she was the Director of Human Resources for Coca-Cola’s Gulf Coast Region. Throughout her career, Rogers has held senior HR positions across various sectors, including telecommunications, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Rogers earned her MBA with distinction from the Jack Welch Management Institute. She served as the past president of the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management and is honored as the “Outstanding HR Professional of the Year.” 

In her current role, Rogers provides human resource consulting services, advising companies on HR best practices, particularly in employee optimization. Additionally, she teaches a range of university courses in Human Resources, Leadership, and Business Law, with a particular niche in labor law compliance.
